What our bodies need to work properly

Our bodies actually need 950 different nutrients to function correctly. Luckily humans are very cleverly designed so we can make 900 of these nutrients ourselves as long as we are feeding our bodies what they need. - less salt
- less sugar
- some protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs and pulses.
- plenty of water: at least 2 litres per day.
