Skinny, Thin, Fed up ? Gain Weight like Sophie

Sophie thought she was unique in being thin. Her friends would say "I wish I was like you, you never put on any weight" or " what is your secret ? I am always having to diet and you never seem to gain any weight".
However Sophie was very depressed, she was always embarrassed to go to the beach in case people laughed at her. She would never wear short skirts because her legs were like sticks. And all the weight gain drinks in the shops seemed to be aimed at bodybuilders.
It was only when a kind friend told her about Herbalife Gain Weight that she found out that there are many more people suffering in silence.
The great news was that she was not unique, there are many, many people desperate to put on weight. But more importantly at long last she found a plan which would help her gain weight all over using readily available foods. She need never worry about friends coming round and spotting 'weight gain drinks' in her cupboard - the Herbalife - how to gain weight plan she followed not only helped her gain weight but also helped her general health.
3 months later Sophie is spending quality time on the beach and her confidence has improved no end. If you also have a friend like Sophie simply email them this article for help.

Good Nutrition for life

Imagine yourself at your absolute best...nourished, healthier, raring to go...and living life in the fast lane.
Feel the difference!
Managing a busy lifestyle, healthily.
Is your body getting all the nutrients it needs? Todays diet typically consists of time-saving convenience and fast foods high in fat, sugar and salt and lacking in the essential nutrients our bodies need. Being careful to nourish your body with nutrient rich meals can stave off hunger pangs and keep your energy up.
Do you sometimes skip meals? Skipping meals can result in energy slumps and fluctuating blood sugar levels. Make sure you carefully control your energy levels with regular, balanced meals.
Are there times when you face stressful or tense situations? Stressful circumstances place added strains on the body, which is why we need to nourish our bodies with recommended levels of vitamins and minerals.
Either spend time shopping, preparing, cooking healthy ingredients 3 times a day or make it easy using Herbalife Wellness Programs for some meals in the knowledge that your nutrition is balanced.
Herbalife nutrition plan is based on formula 1 shake mix for 1 meal a day, formula 2 multi vitamin  supplements.

Maxim tells of his healthy weight gain

When I was 18, I suddenly noticed that I became very tired easily. It was very strange, as I had more than a normal rest: 16 hours out of 24. I couldn’t imagine what was wrong.
Then I got on a scale and saw that my weight had dropped from 65 to 60 kg. My first thought was, “I don’t eat enough, that’s why I am tired”. I started eating a lot, sometimes I ate so much that it took me 15 minutes just to get away from the table. I constantly ate a lot, and managed to gain 3 kg. When I lost weight, I was very depressed: I didn’t want to go out, I was easily irritated, was nervous all the time and devoured a lot of food.
But my weight continued to drop. In 18 months I went from 63 to 52 kg (and my height is 170 cm). It was awful! I looked like a ghost. I was permanently sleepy and during the first part of the day could never concentrate. Even a small gust of wind blew me away like a balloon. I could not find a job: my looks made people shy away from me.
But then I got lucky. I met someone that told me about Herbalife Gain Weight UK diets. Not for a single moment was I doubtful about these Herbalife weight gain diets products, as my mother had used them some time ago and got wonderful results. In the first three months I easily gained 10 kg, and the following year – another 8 kg.
Today I feel fantastic. My weight is stable – 67-69 kg. I am very energetic.
But the main thing is that I am back to a normal life and feel a full-fledged personality!

The Facts on Fats

Though you may have been taught the opposite, fat can actually be good for you.
In fact, there are healthy fats and unhealthy fats–and knowing the difference is essential to your health. Below is an easy-to-use guide that will help you understand the differences between fats.
1. UNSATURATED FATS (Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated)
Monounsaturated Fats : are liquid at room temperature but firm up when cooled in the refrigerator. They are generally considered healthier fats and are found mainly in plant sources such as nuts and avocados, as well as olive, peanut and canola oils. Like all fats, monosaturated fats are high in calories. If you increase the amount of monosaturated fats in your diet, be mindful of your overall intake in order to manage your weight.

Polyunsaturated Fats : can be either liquid or soft at room temperature, and are found in plant oils such as safflower, sunflower, corn, flaxseed and canola oils, as well as in seafood. Polyunsaturated fats include the Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. In addition to providing energy, EFAs are part of the structure of every cell in our bodies. We need EFAs to achieve & maintain a healthy heart; they are also essential for the healthy function of the brain, eyes, skin, joints, hair and the immune system. To supplement your intake of health-promoting Omega-3, try Herbalifeline omega 3 fish oil supplement. Keep in mind that polyunsaturated fats are also high in calories. If you increase the amount of polyunsaturated fats in your diet, be mindful of your overall intake in order to manage your weight. Herbalife herbalifeline fish oil capsules for source of omega 3.

2. SATURATED FATS
Saturated fat is solid at room temperature and is most often found in animal food products including milk, eggs, meat and butter. Some plant products like palm, coconut and palm kernel oil are also saturated. Saturated fats are not inherently unhealthy, but an excess of these fats in the diet raises cholesterol levels in the bloodstream.

3. TRANS FATS
Trans fats are chemically engineered, with a metal catalyst like nickel, at very high temperatures. Although some may look liquid, they maintain their structure for long periods of time (which is why fast food chains can fry food in the same oil all day long). The FDA suggests regulating your trans fat intake and to replace them with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats whenever possible. New label laws require companies to list amounts of trans fats on their product labels.

Quick tips re all FATS:
Increase the amount of Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.
Limit your intake of saturated fats.
Regulate your intake of Trans Fats and make sure to read labels.
